SERVICE KITS

Service kits are not required every year, but rather 
  • When wear is becoming apparent between the blades and the body of the propeller, this usually presents itself as some vibration when going either ahead or astern (or both) under motor.
  • When wear or damage is noticed during a haul out/slipping.
All folding propeller service kits are supplied with replacements for parts which wear with use. Parts itemised below.
  • Full set of M6 Grub screws
  • Blade pivot pins 
  • Blade bushes
  • Blade gear side plates (plastic)
  • Blade bump stop
  • Loctite
